Role Objective
The Program Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the Bank's IT projects and tasks under the direction of Senior Management; assists in performing various activities related to administrative, compliance, and internal affairs. The position ensures that the targeted goals & objectives are handled & carried-out efficiently and accomplished within the scheduled time frame and is responsible for managing project budgets to ensure their cost-effectiveness.
Supports the executive management and other senior members of Bank management by analyzing and coordinating for budget preparation and control, records control, and banking and financial management studies for project identification and execution.
Oracle BI Consultant for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill set required:
Hands on experience in Oracle Data Integrator and Data warehousing projects.
Experience in developing, maintaining and supporting BI reports and dashboards in Oracle Applications area in R 12.1.3 (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO) for more than 7 years.
Experience in deploying Oracle BI reports on smart mobile applications.
Having comfortable knowledge in managing BI servers and database is an added advantage.
Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problem resolution.
Working experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and Discoverer is preferable
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably IT).
Ability to produce functional requirements for reports and dashboards.
Experience in Change Management, Incident Management and Release Management is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Upgrades and Testing in R 12.1.3.
SAP FICA Consultant for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill set required:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Certification on SAP FICA
At least 5 years experience in SAP FICA Module implementation and management, with 4-5 FLC implementations.
Hands-on experience with FI-CA: Customer account maintenance; Incoming payments; Outgoing payments; Dunning; Creditworthiness; Clearing; Payment processing, integration with FI, integration with multiple billing for convergent invoicing and integration with SD order processing.
Working knowledge of integration with CRM/ECC.
Working knowledge in Bank Reconciliation is a must (integration between FICA and FICO).
Understanding of project implementation methodologies and the solution manager
At least 5 years Experience in developing project deliverables
Experience in FI-CA enhancements and FI business workflows
Experience in FI-CO
Experience with Fund management (FM) is plus.
Experience with utility organization is plus.
Experience in SAP Workforce Performance Builder is plus
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Arabic Language is a plus

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Manage bank’s UNIX Infrastructure hosting 180+ Production, DR and UAT Servers.
• Experience with TCP/IP & general networking principles
• Manage Volume Management on UNIX systems (lvm, zfs, nfs, raid, package management, performance tuning, kernel tuning) and managing the systems to ensure meet the SLA.
• Managing Apache, Tomcat, Oracle Weblogic, NagiosXI Application and providing the support.
• Hands on experience on Ansible and YML to automate daily process.
• Perform annual DR Failover and failback for VMware Infrastructure servers using VMware site recovery Manager and Unix Physical Servers using SAN Replication.
• Manage the latest Unix technologies are being implemented at bank IT Infrastructure through continuous fine-tuning and frequent enhancements
• Storage Allocation and Migration with different EMC Storage systems
• Oracle RAC server build and clustering Configuration and managing the systems and performing regular health checks.
• Managing and handling various tools on Linux (Splunk, NetBackup, tomcat, apache, weblogic etc)
• Working on Data Center related activities, coordinating with vendor for any hardware replacement or installing new devices and on Hardware in DC
• Hardening the System based on CIS benchmark and ensure meeting as per InfoSec standards.
• Identify manual task and automate of the daily activities using bash/awk shell scripting
• Debugging issues and provide permanent fix to maintain stable environment.
• Performing ON-call support on production environment to ensure maintain and meet the SLA.
• Working with development/application teams to troubleshoot application issues, network issues and application performance tuning.
• Handle hardware issues for disk, memory, CPU, NIC, HBA and coordinating with vendor to fix it with in the SLA.
• Performing firmware upgrades on HP blades and Enclosures and OD kernel patching on UNIX servers.
• Coordinate with vendors, technology partners in selecting new solutions and maintaining the existing devices
• Coordinate and facilitate with other departments within the bank in their project implementations to ensuring proper security measures are in place
• Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning Extend support for Internal and external audits

Responsibilities
Day to Day administration of Microsoft windows servers
Monitor critical servers (like Exchange, Blackberry, Domain Controllers, MOSS), to check if they are functioning properly, check disk usage, check critical alerts.
Configure Blackberry devices for senior management & troubleshooting of blackberry devices
Configure Exchange Mailboxes for e.g.:- Move to a higher quota, give rights to mailboxes
Involved in Periodic maintenance of servers (like restarts, upgrades)
Assist the application team for infrastructure related issues
Provide support to Helpdesk & Staff with related to servers / applications related to servers
Installation of Windows on Physical Servers as need be
Periodically update windows patches & harden the windows servers as per the schedule
Proactively take ownership & resolve technical issues to closure
Available on call 24*7*365 which may include presence in office at late night hours or out of office hours
Involve in project related activities from Microsoft Infrastructure side & ensure project is closed & target dates met.
Have a sound technical knowledge on Windows, AD, Exchange, ISA, TMG, MOSS, and Blackberry, WSUS, SMS, SCCM& update as per the technology growth
Implement Disaster recovery solution by implementing Double Take solution for physical servers & test the plan to meet the objectives.
Be actively part of the team & provide assistance to other team members as & when required.
Provide the improvement plan for Microsoft technologies by meeting the objectives of the Bank.
Provide / Review Technical Solutions / Designs for the new and existing projects / Infrastructure.
