Our Reservations department plays an important role in the conversion of sales and high levels of service delivery for our valued customers.
 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior travel consultant/supervisor to join and lead our Reservations Team at our Head Office
 
Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the  Reservations Supervisor is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and leading a dynamic team of travel professionals who take enquiries and booking reservations for our valued clientele.
 
This full time role is worked on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am—4pm and does include some Saturdays.
 
The successful applicant will have:
  • Experience managing, leading and motivating a team
  • Exceptional, well developed customer service skills and experience in a telephone sales environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and the ability to develop rapport and foster business relationships
  • Good attention to detail and quality
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach and the willingness to be hands on
  • Personal travel experience would be well regarded
  • Travel industry experience and relevant tertiary qualifications are essential
