You will be expected to manage a portfolio of approximately 15 to 20 domestic housing projects at any one time.

Applicants must possess a proven stable track record of building supervision/site management in residential building. Ideally you will also have 5 years minimum experience within a high volume building environment; a trade background in carpentry; and excellent communication and computer skills.

This Mid Tier Commercial Building Contractor have a position rarely offered in their estimating division for an experienced Estimator within their Office. With many years experience in quality delivery within D&C and projects, the company deliver projects across industrial, commercial and institutional sectors.

You will be reporting directly to the chief estimator and be primarily involved in their major bids team. Your initial period of employment will target company direction and it will see you working directly with their chief estimator to help bring to speed the position and projects currently running and forecast for 2010 - 2011.

An innovative and socially aware organisation is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage and drive complex property development projects.
 
Due to growth this fixed term contract will be available to a successful and experienced Senior Project Manager who has exposure managing multiple concurrent built form projects.  Leadership experience and exposure to projects of a similar nature will see you excel in such a position.
 
The ability to deliver projects within time and budget and a sound understanding of contract administration and construction contracts is vital to this position.  You will be required to articulate issues with senior staff from both the Private and Public Sector and monitor contractor performance. 
 
The successful candidate will have experience in undertaking feasibility studies, evaluating proposals, preparing scoping and estimating costs, and managing the tender process through to construction of some premier projects.

Civil Project Manager Qatar

The role will report directly to the directors of the business, yet also be fairly autonomous  and therefore a civil engineering degree will be essential. You will need exceptional communication skills to deal with subcontractors, and experience being on-site for many projects just waiting for you to start.

The successful candidate will have a background in delivering civil construction projects on time and within budget. You will have experience in earthworks, pipelaying, major road projects and other civil construction areas.

Due to the diversity of their projects the role will require someone flexible enough to work, which may include some living away from home through the week. Our client is not the size of a top tier contractor but is making considerable noises in the type of projects they have completed and the standard to which they have been constructed.

PROJECT ENGINEER DOHA QATAR

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be the principal technical driver of site based activities, initially taking responsibility for the bulk earthworks associated with this large road alliance, subsequently overseeing the duplication of a portion of the road itself. Playing a significant role with internal and external stake holders, you will ensure the effective performance of sub contractors, resolve quality and scheduling issues and regularly update management on the project's progress with in-depth financial reports.
