VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India. VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for IT Service Desk Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill set required: • Should have MCSE certification. • Networking skills for troubleshooting and resolving tickets. • Excellent Communication skills. • 2 years previous IT Service Desk or Call center (Tech support). • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating system with emphasis on latest MS OS and office versions. • Basic User active group directory administration. • Overall awesome attitude in resolving IT issues. Responsibilities: • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries. • Receiving, logging and managing of calls from internal staff via telephone and email. • First level support – troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware such as laptops, PC’s and printers. • Troubleshoot basic network issues. • Escalate unresolved calls to 2nd level support team. • Log all calls in the service desk application/ program. • Take ownership of user problem and follow up the status of problems of behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner. • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all clients’ policies and principles. • Provides stat report to the management as required. • Basic Active Directory knowledge such as creating accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc. Domain: Bank
