Description : • Providing high standards of room and public area cleaning along with providing exceptional services to the guests.
• Ensuring preparation for VIP arrivals of to be aware of VIP arrivals & arranging special amenities
• Ensuring high level of hotel foyer and entrance presentation is maintained at all times.
• Ensuring the rooms are cleaned as per the established Hotel guidelines and procedures
• Communicating guest special request to the appropriate department(s) and following up to make certain the request has been fulfilled in accordance with the guest’s wishes.
 A good knowledge of Housekeeping systems and procedures
 Being able to work as part of team delivering high standards of service
 Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant
