Company : Automedia Advertising 

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, this position generates new business through effective networking, referral generation, and local prospecting.
• Generate new business
• Identify key decision-makers by face-to-face and phone call prospecting
• Provide ongoing account management to existing clients to ensure their programs are successful
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships
• Work with clients and the design/production team to create high-impact products
• Meet and exceed established sales goals
• Execute required sales administrative functions to initiate work orders timely and accurately
• Reflect a friendly and professional demeanor when representing the company
• Be available during regular and non-regular business hours for client questions and concerns
• Business professional dress
• Maintain thorough communication with UMSPS operations team(s)
• Follow up on any concerns or complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Use telephone and email to reach out to customers verifying account information or any other applicable necessities
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers and coworkers
• Conduct onsite tours and client facility visits
• 3 or more years of experience in sales. Printing sales a plus.
• Strong aptitude for and prior experience in sales.
• Additional experience in mail, co-mingle, fulfillment and inkjet is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
