Company : Novel Overseas Corporation Country : Qatar Description : • Post-secondary education in IT or related field • Current Industry certifications backed up with 5 years practical hands on experience • Up to date Microsoft Practical hands on experience • Strong network analysis skills ideally in a Cisco environment • Experience in server maintenance (Patching, hardening etc) • SQL knowledge would be an advantage • Strong trouble shooting and problem analysis skills • ITIL v3 foundation desirable • Operational experience in maintaining complex IT environments • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation
