Required Skills: • Configure PCs (DELL, Lenovo, etc.), Laptops, iPads, Printers, gadgets and IP Phones for users • Upgrade & Troubleshoot PCs for the end users • Maintenance of PCs (L1) • Keep Inventory of different Hardware/Software • Identify, analyze and resolve user requirements/issues • Give user training where necessary • Attend user requirements by telephone, Service Desk or direct • Update ServiceDesk tickets • Install client software in PCs as needed • Install and administer antivirus software • Mapping file folders for Applications • Copy files from/to External media • Third party software installation on demand • Answer customers queries • Give support in network related issues • Do necessary documentations • Keep watch on consumables and re-order level • Keep abreast technology updates • Work in close coordination and under instruction with IT staff.
