ategory : Human Resources Description : Responsibilities: • Provide an efficient general and administrative HR support to staff and Managers. • Assists with implementation of human resources procedures and processes • Assists with recruitment by scheduling interviews, conducting references, processing background checks and tracking processes • Assists with accounts related tasks & activities • Maintain confidential department files to include personnel files, compensation, and benefit files • Prepares and distributes HR updates to staff • Ensuring all paperwork received is scanned and stored both electronically and on the employee’s paper file Requirements: • Male with NOC • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field • 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin activities • Comprehensive knowledge on overall HR Practices • Must have in-depth knowledge in Accounts works • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines • High attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Qualified applicants may send their CV/Resume
