Job Description Al Mutla Trading is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the daily warehousing activities. This will include receiving and storing of products, managing inventory levels, accurate loading of products to be delivered and examining the quality of products to be delivered. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ Delivery Support Workers. The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the Supply Chain Manager. Key Duties and Responsibilities •Keep accurate track of quality, quantity and stock levels of products in warehouse •Maintain warehousing logs for all products •Maintains storage area by organizing floor space •Work with other supply chain team members and sales team to coordinate receiving and delivery of products •Review and sign off products received from manufacturers, products delivered to end sellers and returned products and verify that they match transaction documents •Supervise Delivery Support Workers in loading and unloading products in a safe manner •Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers’ supply chain teams •Prepare and deliver warehousing reports •Investigate source of any product damages Skills required •Strong problem-solving skills •Strong team player and ability to supervise people •Excellent communication skills •Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously •Excellent organisation skills •Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications Experience and Qualifications •Previous working experience as a Warehouse Supervisor for 5+ years •Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management •High school diploma required •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred •Valid Qatari driving licence •Good verbal and written English, with Arabic and other languages a plus Our offer This is a full-time position.
