Company : Diva Lounge Spa Country : Qatar Description : Roles and Responsibilities • Provide hair services, including haircuts, coloring, highlights, blow-drying and styling, treatments, hair extensions and hair relaxation. • Prepare hair for styling or treatment by analyzing hair condition; shampooing and treating hair. • Maintain up to date knowledge of all products to provide guests with current information involving the latest trends, techniques and procedures • Maintain sufficient supplies of products by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing orders. • Selling retail products. • Work collaboratively with team members. • Maintain safety standards, hygiene and cleanliness • Ensure guests with scheduled appointments receive service within a timely manner. • Proactively develop new clientele and retain them. Job Requirements • At least 4 years of hair services experience • Excellent customer service skills • Up to date with the latest trends in hair services and products • Attention to Detail • English is a must & Arabic is an added advantage
