Country : Qatar Description : Urgently required Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COORDINATOR ( BDMC – 01 ) – ( Entry Level) Place of assignment: Doha, Qatar Qualifications • Male – min. 28 yrs. to max. 40 yrs. old, preferably Filipino • Graduate of any Engineering Discipline (preferably Civil) or equivalent / related business course such as Economics , Commerce , Business Administration or Marketing . • Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Coordinator or Business Development & Marketing Coordinator (BDMC) in a corporate environment or in a well oriented and established Engineering & Construction or Contracting Company. • Holder of GCC – or Qatar Professional driver’s license is an advantage • Holder of Valid Freelance Visa, or With NOC from Previous Sponsor Skills and Knowledge • Proficient in MS Office ( Excel , PP , etc. ) • Experience in coordinating the creation of BD & marketing documentation • Familiar with Primavera / Visio or equivalent package is an added advantage . • Experience with external print requirements and processes • With excellent interpersonal, communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills Personal Attributes • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment • Excellent eye for detail and quality output • Enjoys working in a service-oriented role and is able to effectively manage client expectations • Enjoys working in a collaborative team • Able to think outside the square and develop new ways to present information and effectively communicate these ideas to his superior, his colleagues and project proponents • Able to effectively juggle multiple projects and achieve quality outcomes • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events • With strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership of responsibilities assigned • Excellent in time management, planning & organizing • A result or goal oriented, aggressive, committed and with positive working attitude • Energetic, articulate, bright, able to build relationships and communicate with people at different levels of the organization. • With sound / pleasing personality TOTAL ENTRY LEVEL MONTHLY PACKAGE = Three Thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR 3,000.00) Service Vehicle : Provided by company Contract Duration : One (1) Year Benefits : As per Qatar Labour Law
