Main Responsibility: · Responsible in operating the filling machine, doing the capping, packing and labeling of goods. · Responsible in monitoring the condition of filling machine. · Responsible in operating equipment including tanks, mixers, scales, meters, pump, etc. · Responsible in setting up and monitors mixing tanks, vessels, and mixers. · Responsible to communicates with production when batches are complete and ready to fill. · Responsible in monitoring all temperatures on batches that require heating and cooling. · Responsible in verifying raw chemical usage on each batch are added correctly with correct weights. Skills: · Must be able to read and comprehend written and oral instructions including safety rules, operating procedures, batch recipes and material identification. · Must have basic computer skills.
