Retail manager who will be responsible for the day to day running of 5 retail stores across Doha. Duties include developing teams that perform their jobs effectively to meet customer’s needs. This job requires managing sales and store activity as well as driving service and ensuring standards are upheld across all stores. Candidates should have a deep understanding of running promotions and sales across all of Qatar and understand all the legal requirements from the various government authorities. Practical problem-solving skills are necessary and interpersonal skills are essential to deal with recruiting , training and developing staff.
