Country : Qatar Description : -Architect/Interior Designer Responsibilities: • Creating concept design from scratch. (Themes, color schemes, materials, etc) as well as creating all documents needed for its representation and understanding from a 3rd party. (Sketches, Mood board, Materials samples boards, etc). Indesign/Photoshop • Issuing design development drawing and execution drawings. CAD • Communicating with clients and landlords. Getting their feedback and being able to interpret them into a design. • Getting approvals from clients/malls/any other entity related. • Site supervision of the project. (making sure that the design is being implemented correctly) • Developing a Bill of quantities • Ensuring all stakeholders are continuously updated • Developing a procurement and work schedule for the projects Requirements: • Excellent knowledge of English • Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign
