The Challenge: • To take lead and take control of the resorts main & signature restaurant, ensuring consistent delivery of quality and consistent service standards and specifications. • To be obsessed with great customer service; have a burning passion to enhance the guest experience; build on and communicate to, the guest database. • To take responsibility for all relevant HR; payroll; health & safety; legislative; administrative duties. • To manage your team’s welfare; recruitment; induction; training; supervision; development Be an example to your team! • To take appropriate fiscal responsibility for the restaurant: sales; marketing; costs; payroll; operating expenses; budgets. • To act as a direct liaison with all departments, including but not limited to engineering; housekeeping; finance & kitchen. The Person: • To have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar management role within a top-quality restaurant/hotel restaurant environment. • To have a profile to be a natural leader; motivator; mentor to your teams, enhancing their experience and adding to their skillset.
