The Gym Instructor is responsible for the daily operation of the Gym and assisting customers/clients as and when required. Detailed Role and Responsibilities: Play the role of a Gym Instructor Be well groomed, wear uniforms all the time Follow the schedules provided by their direct supervisor Ensure the tidiness of the gym equipment while insuring a safe environment Report to their direct supervisor when maintenance is needed as per SOP Interact with members (floor walking) providing valuable information about program classes offered and etc... Assist members with exercise programs Provide excellent customer service Have to complete the given tasks (along with deadlines) by their direct supervisor
