Precast Concrete Drafter/ Tekla Modeler Macobo LLC, is a construction engineering agency specialized in the preparation of high quality 3D models and 2D construction drawings for contractors and installers in the construction industry. Job Description Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and modelling HVAC and sanitary plans. Doing this according our company or clients standards and requirements. The projects you will be working on variate from apartments up to hospitals. You will be working closely with one of our employees located in our headquarter in Belgium. Other duties will include, but are not limited to: • Preparing architectural plans • Modelling Sanitary plans • Modelling HVAC plans • Other duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. Requirements/Skills • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in AUTOCAD • Experience in construction and/or MEP • Proficient with AutoCAD, 2010 or newer • Must possess the ability to read and interpret sketches and remarks • Ability to read construction plans • Must be able to handle several projects at once with minimum help or guidelines. • Self-starter, motivated with ability to start and finish a project on time • Must be able to work closely with others • Proactive in communicating project related issues • Must be highly detail oriented with good verbal and communication skills • Proficient in all Microsoft Office • Speak fluent English
