Job Description

Identify the challenges across social media platforms, mainly account administrative reviews, integrations, page performances, traffic sources, engagement scores, online reputation… Develop relevant content topics to reach bank’s target customers in line with the overall retail business marketing plan and overall retail brand objectives. Create solid content strategy in participation with retail marketing business owner which serves the buyers search criteria and delivers a preference across target audiences. Oversee visual design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, posts,…). Analyze key metrics and help Marketing Manager Tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI). Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content
