Distribution Supervisor - FMCG Salary: DOE Location: Doha, Qatar Job Description: • Previous supervisory experience in a in a similar role within a FMCG/RetaiI or similar fast paced warehouse environment • Solid commitment to safe work practices and proven experience making a positive impact on safety and compliance. • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels. • Extensive knowledge of the functionality of a WMS and RF units. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Professional approach to work and ability to lead by example. • Desire to challenge existing processes and procedures to drive improvements. Responsibilities: • Driving the commitment to the Linfox Safety Standards through ensuring Vision Zero is a daily focus within the operations. • Ensuring correct labor allocation to various tasks based on work volume. • Optimizing and promoting exceptional customer service through effective communication and relationship development with all levels of staff. • Managing staff to ensure that service levels, KPI’s and financial targets are achieved. • Continually reviewing change management and process development opportunities. • Ensure that the Linfox Values are part of the operational culture and all decisions and actions are carried out within the values frame work. • Run daily toolbox and shift prestart discussions.
