: Logistic Supervisor - FMCG Salary: DOE Location: Doha, Qatar Job Description: • Bachelor Degree • Indian Nationalities are desired. • 5-6 years of experience in logistics, preferably within Qatar/GCC • Good knowledge of Qatar/GCC Customs regulations • Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills. • Solid command of MS Office Suite and related software. Responsibilities: • Represent Logistics needs to Supply Chain and the business, instigating arid implementing efficiencies to improve performance levels. • Optimize logistic flow and costs • Support logistic purchasing on negotiation and contract setting with service providers • Measure the adherence by Site Logistics teams to working processes and business standards • Responsibility for and maintenance of Site Logistics working processes and procedures documentation. • Develop policy on warehouse management • Participate in internal and external warehouse audits. • Responsible for setting standards in labeling and packaging of palletized products, stacking restrictions and loading methodology • On daily operation level
