Proven work experience as a Recruiter 2. Overseas consultancy experience is an added advantage 3. Must be bilingual, English with Malayalam or hindi 4. Understanding the requirement in depth, 5. Complete life cycle recruitment starting from sourcing and screening, scheduling interview 8. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates 9.
