Job Description

1. Managing the retail unit portfolio and real estate sales in Qatar including all country retail operations with full responsibility for P&L. 2. Improving profit through improvements in average unit real estate sales, units per transaction, ATV, gross margin, optimal staffing and expenses control. 3. Screens potential business deals by analyzing real estate market trends, deal requirements, potentials, financials; and evaluating options. 4. Generating ideas about future marketing activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market, competitors and trends. 5. Maintain all real estate sales operations policies and procedures, safety protocols as well as governmental regulations. Analyze business trends and financial data to assess and improve area performance. 6. Proactively manage team performance, sets objectives and targets. Maintain and increase standards of customer service. 7. Promote high standards in health, safety and welfare for both staff and customers. 8. Deliver the Brand Marketing Strategy within agreed budgets through the promotion and development of Brand identity. 9. Analyze the critical success factors and feedback from customers to revise the business strategy, hence achieve higher levels of sales and customer satisfaction. 10. Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals to achieve. 11. Conducting weekly sales meeting. 12. Coordinating with marketing team; prepare market review report on Real Estate trend. 13. Coordinate with marketing team for the implementation of new marketing initiatives and oversee advertising placement. 14. Increase numbers of listed properties in volume and quality by developing new business relationship with developers, owners. 15. Prepare forms and agreements related to new sales and leasing. 16. Prepare, manage and improve real estate sales commission structure to be in line with market trend. 17. Coordinating with external authorities whenever necessary. 18. Supports all real estate sales/leasing by overseeing due diligence process. Skills Persistence and passion.
