The QAS team comprising of over 8,000 strong multicultural employees, is dedicated to fulfilling the total passenger and cargo requirements of the airport, the airlines and customers it serves. About your job: Accountable to support the HR Manager and Lead QAS HR team in a range of HR services to QAS employees from joining to expiry of contract and assisting HR Manager in day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties including following functional areas: departmental development, recruitment, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organisation development and executive administration. Key Responsibilities : Work with key line managers in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures and provide HR support Oversee the general administration portfolio and ensuring seamless operations Lead investigation team and oversee the performance of employees within the team Assist HR manager with the development and implementation of HR strategy and actions Support and give guidance , advice and HR solutions to line managers on all HR policies Previous Experience:: Essential Specialist - minimum 5 years of job-related experience required Proven ability to work under pressure to defined time scales and budget Proven experience in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business Strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience Ability to role model best practices
