About the Job • The Human Resources Supervisor acts as a consultant to the business in all different aspects of HR. He/she implements a variety of programs, including recruitment, learning & development and performance management, etc. Primary responsibilities: • Coach Teams to successfully manage all annual people management processes (performance management, talent management, planning, etc.). • Coach Leaders and Managers to improve leader effectiveness and teamwork. • Execute change initiatives based on needs (retention, compensation, organizational development, etc.). • Lead other special projects when required. • Lead Orchidia talent management initiatives. Job Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in business administration or any related field. • HR certificate or diploma is a must, MBA is an asset. • Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Management preferred in Recruitment, • Training and Organizational development included two years of supervisory experience
