The purpose of the position is to provide professional, strategic human resources advice and support to the management and staff of the organization to maximize the effectiveness and well-being. Provides advice and information to management on personnel policies and procedures, staff performance and disciplinary matters  Counsel employees and discuss their individual problems and difficulties  Arranges the induction of staff and provides information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities.
