Job Description

Helpdesk/Technical Support Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill Set required: • Should have experience in SCCM. • Should have network support experience or background (CCNA equivalent) • Should have Windows OS and Microsoft Applications support experience or background (MCP equivalent). • Experience in Citrix support or background on Thin-Client implementation. • Good communication skills and customer oriented. • Team player and flexible on timing/shifting schedules. • Willing to work on demanding environment with minimal supervision. Experience Required :5+ Years Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
