Oracle HRMS Techno- Functional Consultant for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skillsets Required: • 5+ Years of Experience an Oracle Apps HRMS Technical/Functional Consultant • Worked extensively on Oracle HRMS modules with strong expertise in Core HRMS, Self Service HR (SSHR), Approval Management Engine (AME) • Deep understanding of Techno Functional configuration of HR and Payroll for setting up the work structure, payroll, elements, fast formulas Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, • Maintaining Value Sets, Key FlexFields, Descriptive FlexFields, Extra Information (EIT’s) and Special Information Types (SIT’s) • Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules • Current Version 11.5.10 and R12 experience is preferred
