Job Description

Helpdesk/Technical Support Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill Set required: Should have network support experience or background (CCNA equivalent) Should have Windows OS and Microsoft Applications support experience or background (MCP equivalent). Experience in Citrix support or background on Thin-Client implementation. Good communication skills and customer oriented. Team player and flexible on timing/shifting schedules. Willing to work on demanding environment with minimal supervision. Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month). The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Qatar.
