Administrating Exchange 2013 Enterprise servers. Administrating Cisco Iron Port E-Mail Security Appliance. Monitoring the AD replication between the AD sites. Monitoring the backup using Symantec backup using Symantec Networker and the deployment of the EMC Networker+ agents for Exchange, SQL and Oracle servers and perform restore jobs as needed. Administrating Symantec Endpoint protection Manager and Symantec Mail Security to ensure that the latest definition files are installed and infection-free IT environment. Administrating HP service manager server and ManageEngine Service Desk of client’s helpdesk system. Configuring the Audit policies to monitor improper access to different network objects and maintaining retention policy for archiving the security logs. Administrating SCCM for client OS and applications deployment, Patching, Inventory and Desktops remote control Deploying WSUS server and manage the deployment of the Windows updates. Administrating Skype 4 Business for enterprise Voice, Desktop Sharing, Conferencing, Chat rooms etc. Managing Print Server, Network Printer and Equistar Printer Management System. Preparing Hardware and software service level agreements to ensure that software licenses are renewed on time and Hardware is always covered by valid manufacturer support. Administrating F5 Big-IP 200 load balancer to provide high availability and load balancing for different applications such as MS exchange, SharePoint, Oracle ERP and OpenText. Establishing up-to-date documentations for the client’s IT infrastructure Administrating and integrating RightFax server with exchange server 2013.
