Job Description

SAP HCM Consultant for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill set Required Should have experience in the below four key HCM areas 1) Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time keeping system (TKS) & Travel management. 2) Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession planning. 3) Training & development. 4) Payroll & Overtime. HCM Functional consultant shall have hands on experience upon the above mentioned areas related to their functional set ups specifically organizational management mapping, personnel administration data cleansing, refining custom developed overtime system with Time keeping system integration, refining custom developed travel management, further development of custom developed performance management system & setting up talent management, training & development, HCM Functional consultant shall have on hands experience of HCM integrations with the mentioned other modules in the SAP suite. HCM Functional consultant shall have on hands experience of developing custom reports and forms using SAP adobe tool along with the ABAP’er. HCM Functional consultant shall have on hands experience of writing the functional & testing documents for the developments, procedures, training documents and have on hands experience of requirements gathering, development, user acceptance testing and deployment to production. HCM Functional consultant is expected to work in a team environment with other SAP CoE functional & technical consultants. Strong analytical and time management with tight deadlines delivery are highly essential with earliest joining.
