The work location for this position in Qatar. • Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application. • Design products or systems in support of facilities' infrastructure, research, or maintenance requirements. • Coordinate, troubleshoot, and approve installation activities as inspection services to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and specifications. • Establish mechanical engineering design criteria and provide guidance and evaluation for facility projects; determine HVAC loads, complete equipment selection, perform duct sizing and routing, design interior/exterior plumbing and fire protection systems. • Able to serve as the alternate project lead in the absence of the site manager. • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Description : Environmental Engineer
Degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in roads & infrastructure projects.
Must be well versed in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Qatar Environmental Permitting, Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), Regulations Processes, environmental requirements related to construction activities and Environmental Management Plans etc
Should have experience in roads and infrastructure related projects
Should be familiar with environmental permitting process during construction activities
Skills to communicate with client representatives, deal with agencies and others engineering teams on the project

• Execute mechanical, electrical & plumbing activities according to drawings and taking approvals from consultant and client time to time.
• In-charge of material submittals and take off for materials in the site.
• Oversee and monitor the installation and handling of HVAC System, Fire Fighting System, Plumbing & Drainage System.
• Develop inspection procedures and implement throughout the construction stages. Ensure Implementation of Quality standards and Control.
• Coordinate with electrical and civil contractors for better work results at worksite
• Carried out inspections related to material and mechanical activities completed on site.MEP Emgieen
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in big infrastructure project across the middle east region
- Should have diploma/degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Fluent in English Language
- Should be able to relocate in Qatar immediately
