Description : VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for PMO Analyst for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company in Qatar with the following terms and conditions.
This position will be responsible for Provide support to all project managers, develop and maintain all performance dashboards and prepare reports to be submitted to senior management.
Analyze all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Maintain all work according to Digital & PMO office procedures and policies.
2. Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies.
3. Assist in closure for all projects and perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with project team and maintain record of all IT governance meetings.
4. Maintain all management agreements and prepare reports.
5. Perform financial analysis on all budgets and prepare various reports for all budget forecast.
6. Provide support to various business project managers and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures to prepare all reports.
7. Review and monitor all program performance and perform regular audits and prepare reports for senior management.
8. Prepare various reports to identify all health risks and coordinate with change and technical manager to facilitate all follow up action.
9. Perform regular project status calls on weekly and monthly basis.
10. Prepare dashboard for digital and PMO work stream meeting
11. Collaborate with finance team to perform all associate activities and prepare appropriate summaries within required timeframe.
12. Ensure adherence to all project policies and standards and manage efficient timeline and prepare required reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree or equivalent experience: Certificate in IT systems and administration from well-known IT institute
Specialized training in: IT Administration, Project management
