Work experience:
5-8 years of Experience to manage Middleware and Web servers,
Professional experience:
• Working knowledge of JBOSS EAP/FUSE/Tomcat/Apache/Nginx/Weblogic.
Working knowledge of event, incident & problem management processes and tools
Education:
• University Degree (IT)
Professional Certifications on JBOSS EAP is the must
Additional qualifications:
English – Fluently Oral & Written
Excellent Computer literacy
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•WebLogic to JBoss EAP Migration for a Large Investment Bank. Converted data sources from WebLogic to JBoss.
•Experience with Standalone, domain mode Jboss and experiencing in building out HA, clustered environment. Involved in the design and capacity planning for achieving scalability for E-business.
•Jboss Enterprise Web server /Apache Experience, JDBC/JMS configuration and code deployment on JBOSS.
•Configured log4j according to client threshold requirements.
•Strong Experience in JBoss EAP, JBOSS Fuse, Tomcat and Web Application like Nginx, Apache Servers Administration/ JBoss EWS and mod jk configuration
•Involved in Various Administration tasks like Installation Configuration Deployment Monitoring, Performance tuning, and analyzing the core dumps other diagnostic artifacts/information
•Secured the Jboss application server by hardening as per CIS standards.
•Involved in configuring the security plug-in/Custom Security providers for application servers.
•Acted as a single point of contact for all the SCM activities with all the tools involved in supporting web and Application Servers.
•Installed/Configured MQ Series, Configured MQ as Foreign JNDI Servers in JBoss
•Quarterly Patching of Application Infrastructure as recommended by Application Vendor Like Red hat/Oracle. Experience in applying patches and plug-ins for Jboss Application Server,Tomcat, Jboss Fuse.
•Strong experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x/8.x and involved in automating regular system administration activities and trouble shooting.
•Hands on experience on Redhat Openshift and Docker Containerization.
•Full life cycle experience, involved in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support
•Proven ability to identify problem analyses possible solutions self-driven and determine best course of action to meet objectives.
•A very good team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•A competent, co-operative and result driven IT consultant possessing excellent interpersonal, written and oral communicational skills.
