Job Specification • Support major business functions and provide detailed and in depth specialized IT technical expertise to maintain applications support environment and to check that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures. Job Purpose • Reports to Lead Applications Analyst (GRC) Reporting and Relationships • Broad range of complex technical and/or professional work activities and timely and efficient completion of complex, non-routine work. • Timely resolution of any issues and ensuring operational and project KPIs are met.
