Company : Oryx Land Country : Qatar Description : MARKETING OFFICER Job Description: • To make contracts with new clients and maintain client database • Producing job descriptions as per client requirements • Working with brokers (if any) • Develops and maintains the relations with external business associates and clients for furthering the business development activity for the Consultancy. • Meets Client/Associate companies’ representatives and updates on the available opportunities. • Arranges meetings for presentations. Accompanies Manager for business presentations and project execution meetings to various clients. • Performs other similar or related duties, such as preparing activity, status reports and carrying out special projects as delegated. • Coordinates with all key consultants positioned in all Company contracts. • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. • Other duties as and when delegated. • Plan, develop and implement marketing communication campaigns and communications. • Writing copy for all marketing collateral including brochures, letters, emails and websites. • Prepare proposals and event budgets, that are geared towards maximizing profit while fulfilling customer needs • Negotiate and contract management • Identify market trends to supports managements in strategic decision making Requirements : • Candidate must be locally available. • Knowledgeable in the gulf market specific and MENA in general. • Bachelor of Marketing or comparable with 3 to 5 years marketing experience in real Estate sector. • Superior organizational abilities, problem solving and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills with superior presentation skills. • Computer Proficiency in MS Office to Advanced level. • Preferable Arabic Speaker. • Preferable female • Holding Qatari Driving license
