Country : Qatar Description : A leading FMCG company is seeking to hire Maintenance Manager, Main Tasks: - Contributes to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. - Contributes to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on maintenance activities general and task management. - Develops a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively. - Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs Qualifications: - 5 to 10 years of experience in Maintenance & at least 4 of them in FMCG - Engineering Background. - Strong Critical thinking and decision making.
