Irwin and dow---- Our client is a professional services institution with offices located all over the world and a highly visible presence throughout the Middle East region. A superb opportunity has arisen to join the firm in their Doha Office in Qatar. This role reports to the Office Services Manager and assists with the day to day operational function of the office, as well as managing the Reception. The role provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Leadership team, including assisting with diary and travel management, organising events and liaising with supplies, client networking and relationship management, assisting with time and expense submissions and liaising with offices.
