Iconic luxury international brand is on the look-out for an exceptional Guest Experience Manager to take the lead in this service focused property based in Qatar, Doha! As Guest Experience Manager you will be ensuring & providing flawless, upscale, professional & high class guest service experiences, Analyzing customer feedback & providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating, Responding to guests needs & anticipating their unstated ones For this Guest Experience Manager role we are looking at 2 years within luxury hotel environments, with minimum year of management experience. We are interested in hearing from professionals with luxury international groups across America, Europe & Australia required! Salary Package: 6500QAR (Neg) tax free basic per month+ 6 500 QAR Housing; 1 250 QAR Transport + additional benefits
