Skill set required:
7+ years of experience in similar roll
Bachelors or Professional Degree in computers or IT related
Microsoft and Cisco certificates and experience is a plus
Strong Microsoft server system knowledge and intermediate Cisco administration experience.
Good storage systems analytical and administration skills
IT Security implementation experience
Patching and imaging systems experience
Monitoring and alerting system expertise
Networking capability (DNS, Wireless, Switches, VLANs, IPSEC tunnels, Firewalls, etc.)
Server and workstation hardware and Windows OS Storage system experience (iSCSI, DAS, SAN, RAID)

On-call rotation responsibilities to provide highly infrequent but as-needed emergency support
Test and implement software applications
DR BCP process review and test
Provide support to helpdesk team to resolve issues
