About the Position: We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager | AFGRE | Doha Festival City | Doha, Qatar to work within our mall management team. In this role, you manage all aspects of the Doha Festival City Mall events, brand, communications and PR. The role includes marketing, advertising and promotional activities and events for the mall property throughout the year. You will be expected to take steps to measure, enhance and enrich the mall customer experience through various goals and objectives. The main duties within the role include the following: Managing the relationship with all creative agencies and ensuring briefs are in line with the Brand manifesto. Ensure brand guidelines are implemented on all touchpoints. Overseeing all content and imagery with creative agency. Process management for website completion and delivery together with Digital Manager. Manage relationship with media agency. Develop and maintain media and tourism strategy together with Senior Marketing Manager. Develop and maintain retailer engagement strategy. Lead all mall campaigns and promotions from concept to execution. Setting campaign KPIs, ensuring results meeting objectives and justifies budget allocation. Manage relationship with PR agency and ensure press office and activations are implemented keeping in mind predefined objectives. Manage crisis communication process across different channels and in line with escalation processes. Lead the development and implementation of a CSR strategy for the mall together with PR agency. Support Digital for content and activations on all social media platforms. Oversee marketing financial statements together with finance to ensure outstanding elements are addressed. Work with Senior Marketing Manager on annual budgets related to events, brand, communications and PR while simultaneously managing monthly spend. Preparing Business Case proposals together with Senior Marketing Manager. Ensuring all documentation is carried out across the team in line with processes set by Procurement, Finance and Audit. Responsible for the preparation, implementation, delivery and management of events team (made up internal staff, consultants and external contractors) for scheduled public and corporate events, optimizing PR exposure and related advertising and promotion opportunity during that period. Continuously identify new and creative event ideas in line with key marketing objectives for the mall/as per marketing plan. Identify key sponsors (in tandem with speciality leasing department), suppliers, research entertainment opportunities, and carry out cost benefit analysis to weigh the potential opportunity in terms of the cost involved, and the return on investment, as well as achievement of business objective, for presentation. Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans for team members. About You: To be a successful in winning this role, you must possess below attributes; Diploma in Marketing or/ Events with 5+ years in a well-established marketing company, Mall or retailer in Middle East, Europe or UAE Retailer or Mall experience (preferred) Good knowledge of local marketing in terms of events/festivals/ded/dtcm/suppliers/agencies and companies engaged in events management
