• Working on Data Center related activities, coordinating with vendor for any hardware replacement or installing new devices and on Hardware in DC
• Hardening the System based on CIS benchmark and ensure meeting as per InfoSec standards.
• Identify manual task and automate of the daily activities using bash/awk shell scripting
• Debugging issues and provide permanent fix to maintain stable environment.
• Performing ON-call support on production environment to ensure maintain and meet the SLA.
• Working with development/application teams to troubleshoot application issues, network issues and application performance tuning.
