SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER | M/F BIMTEC Who are we? BIMTEC is a reputable Engineering Company working based on BIM Technologies. What are we looking for? Talented, energetic and dedicated people who can bring new perspectives and life experiences to our teams. Currently we are seeking to hire a Social Media Officer for our office in Qatar. If you are the selected candidate, your main duties and responsibilities will be: • Engage in social media presence creation; • Manage company social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter or Google +; • Plan content and use tools to manage multiple social media channels; • Develop and manage campaigns that promote the organization and the brand; • Create dynamic written, graphic and video contents; • Optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO); • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts; • Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics; • Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing and altering schedules when necessary to optimize visits; • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Minimum Requirements: • Reputable BSc certification in Digital Marketing or similar (e.g. Media and Communications); • Up to one year experience; • Solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms; • Strong editing and writing skills; • Data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights; • Creative skills for contributing with new and innovative ideas; • Excellent team work and networking skills; • Fluent in English.
