Job Description

To support and provide a rapid response service to inquiries from users and clients of the Ministry, to help resolve problems and queries related to IT.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years progressive experience in in helpdesk or technical support.

Educational Qualification & Certifications:

National Diploma in Computer science or Computer Engineering
Certification in A+, N+, MCDST and MOUS are preferable

Required Skills:

3. Makes client calls for following up submitted invoices and/or project related matters.
4. Participates in collaborating with project site staff for purposes of meeting and coordination, site remeasuring activities, and the like.
5. Prepares and revises shop, design, or as-built drawings in compliance with the client requests, design
drawings, sketches, or specifications that require solid surface materials and may include vanity
countertops, kitchen countertops, custom-built wall mounted cabinets wall claddings, reception
tables, shelves, other components, and sports flooring using any of Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
