Job Description
To support and provide a rapid response service to inquiries from users and clients of the Ministry, to help resolve problems and queries related to IT.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years progressive experience in in helpdesk or technical support.
Educational Qualification & Certifications:
National Diploma in Computer science or Computer Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities

2. Updates and maintains project specific documents like Delivery Notes, Interim Payment Applications
(IPA), progress invoices, and variation orders when required.
3. Makes client calls for following up submitted invoices and/or project related matters.
4. Participates in collaborating with project site staff for purposes of meeting and coordination, site remeasuring activities, and the like.
5. Prepares and revises shop, design, or as-built drawings in compliance with the client requests, design
drawings, sketches, or specifications that require solid surface materials and may include vanity
countertops, kitchen countertops, custom-built wall mounted cabinets wall claddings, reception
tables, shelves, other components, and sports flooring using any of Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
applications such as AutoCAD, Rhino, or Revit.
6. Plots drawings to be submitted for client approval when required.
7. Maintains and updates AutoCAD 2d/3d assets library as part of standards to be used in projects as
well as digital drawing files inventory for every assigned project.
8. Creates project related 3d models and uses the same to produce rendered images for visualization,
quantity taking-off, and client presentation purposes when required.
9. Assists in office related works such as providing information on stock inquiry, CRM Quotation
creation, and the like as the need arises.
