Responsible for tracking of new locations through obtaining updates from Real Estate Manager / Admin Manager and maintaining reports.
Communicate between multiple departments and vendors.
Responsible for ensuring research vendor contracts are in place and vendors are paid on time. Manage the tracking of payments and budget.
Assist in the administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and document control. Proactively seeks ways to streamline daily processes and procedures.
Maintaining the file to ensure all the mandatory disclosures are completed and sent to the cooperating agent or broker for the client’s review and approval.
Checks for all initials, signatures and dates before marking the disclosures as complete and filing them.
Calls the agents and other parties to remind them of missing documents.
Ensure the smooth and efficient management of the steps necessary to close a sale.
Monitor and assess the progress of the sale so that important deadlines are met and contingencies are released
Provides a preliminary audit of the file for the managing broker to review.
