Telecom Services Technician for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Minimum Experience: • Experience in similar filed from 2 to 3 years. Minimum Qualifications: • B.Cs. in Telecommunication/Electric/computer engineering or National Diploma and relevant experience Basic Role: • Maintain and support all the hardware in our Telecom environment, including but not limited to mounting, configuring, support and maintenance activities. • Services should be delivering and covering for both Doha and Ras Laffan operation maintenance sites of Telecom services. At least one person should be daily based on each location. • Ability to work indoor and outdoor to support the telecom systems. • Proactively resolve and close issue tickets which are considered as daily routine issues rose in Telecom service desk portal. For non-daily routine activities, they should be consulted with Telecom staff. • Ensure asset management data record update and follow asset management procedures in delivering service. • Maintain validity and update of Telecom service list and user list on Telecom record center for each service. • Provide end users with “how to” guidance or a short procedure as part of service quality improvement under Telecom Lead supervision. • Under Telecom staff acknowledgment, collaboratively work with other section among IT&T in delivering the services to the end user. • Proactively check and verify any service deviation or faulty and propose necessary corrective action and improvement to Telecom staff. • All services should be under supervision and controlled by Telecom staff to ensure work load balance and effectiveness in achieving Telecom services the highest reliability and availability. • Proactively routine physical check of Telecommunication’s devices outdoor and indoor ensuring good condition of equipment, bracket and other support also to re-identify devices asset assignations (user name and tag number)
