We work to high standards and values and reward our employees for their commitment and achievements. • Commission Base Only • Phone and Petrol Allowance • Flexible Schedule • Valid Qatar Driving License required • Must have your own vehicle • Identify and understand clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to offer suitable properties • Visit and show properties to Clients • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between Landlords and Clients generally representing one or both parties • Attend inquiries within the day • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.) in coordination with Office Coordinator • Develop networks by attending events of Real Estate related events • Create a client database • Remain knowledgeable of current inventories, real estate markets and best practices • Advise and answer Clients on market conditions, prices, maintenance etc. • Follow and Execute mandatory weekly reporting duties DESIRED SKILLS • Real Estate Experience • Highly Motivated • Customer Service Experience • Time Management Skills • Strong communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Must understand the changing real estate marketplace • Ability to work under pressure • Fluent in English • Fluency in Arabic is a plus • Team player
