Description : Job Title: Site Interior Design Architect Reports to: Project Manager To provide support to and co-ordinate with Project Manager for interior architectural projects Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities • Prepares interior design details as and when required for execution of works. Leads in architectural meeting and reviews all shop drawings. • Coordination between electro-mechanical, structural and architectural drawings. • Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect/lnterior Designer. • Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials in compliance with approved specifications. • Issues all architectural correspondences. • Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project's drawings. • To perform as project development and follow up with local authorities. • Issuing Daily/Weekly Report related tosite activities • Preparing list during handling over phase. Functional Relationships • Provide support to Project Managers to ensure projects run in time as per agreed schedule and in compliance with the approved design and quality standards. • Liaises with Design Architect on modifications required Experience / Qualification • Degree in Architecture (Interior Design) • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
